ㅤㅤBreathe In ㅤㅤBreathe Out
Hi, I’m Jenny
Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (134375) working under the clinical supervision of PatrickLyra Wilder, LMFT 98562.
Specialties
I use attachment theory, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, self-compassion, parts work, and body-based approaches. Some things I talk about a lot with my clients are LGBTQIA+ identities, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, identity issues, overwhelming life stressors, and early family/parent wounds.
Basically, the goal is to get you showing up as yourself more and more, so we’ll talk about anything that might hold you back from or empower that process.
I might be right for you if:
You want to feel content and confident
You don’t want old-school, expert-y, or hierarchical.
That’s just not me. And by the way, if you DO want these things, that’s okay and I may even be able to help point you in the right direction.
You don’t want to feel analyzed.
I hear you. I think the foundation of good therapy is a good relationship—between two actual humans. I want to see that picture of your pet. I’m down to laugh at your joke. You’re welcome to ask me questions (and if I decide to not answer, I’ll explain why).
You don’t want a stare-off.
If you’re having trouble finding the words, we’ll find them together.
